In the event that Evolutionary Education Solutions, course instructional personnel, or host facility are unable to fulfill obligations as described in the course registration and have to cancel a continuing education event, the participant shall have 100% of their course registration fee refunded to them within 30 days of the notification of cancellation.

In the event that a participant is unable to attend a course event or requests cancellation for any other reason, the following policy shall be followed:

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance entitles the participant to receive their full course registration amount unless paid via credit card in which all relevant transaction fees shall be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Cancellations between 14 days and 24 hours prior to the course are subject to 50% refund of the course registration amount. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Continuing Education Management team such as deaths in the family and illness.

There will be no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the course date. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Continuing Education Management team for extreme circumstances such as deaths in the family and illness.
